Our founding Mayfair office, home to the technology and financial services search teams since 2003.
Our London office on Curzon Street is the founding home of Kessler and the centre of the firm's technology and financial services practice. It has been the base for every mandate the firm has run in the UK and Europe since 2003, and it is where Edward Kessler still personally leads every senior search the firm accepts.
The office sits in Mayfair, a short walk from the venture funds of Berkeley Square and the institutions of the City. That proximity matters. A good search is built on conversations that happen in person, over a table, with people who know the market from the inside, and the location makes those conversations easy to have.

- Leads retained executive search across technology and financial services for clients throughout the UK and Europe.
- Runs board and non-executive appointments for private, investor-backed, and listed businesses.
- Delivers leadership assessment, succession planning, and interim mandates for UK and European clients.
- Houses the firm's research function, led by Clara Hoffman, supporting every office with market mapping and assessment coordination.
