Our client is a private equity-backed asset manager preparing for a public listing. The business is profitable, growing, and at an inflection point that demands a finance leader with direct public-markets experience.
This is a defining role for a CFO who has taken a regulated financial services business through an IPO and can build the investor-relations and reporting function for life as a public company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function through IPO readiness and the public listing
- Build the investor-relations, reporting, and controls functions for a public company
- Partner with the CEO, board, and private equity sponsor on strategy
- Own financial planning, capital allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Represent the company to investors, analysts, and regulators
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO in regulated financial services
- Direct experience taking a business through an IPO
- Strong record building investor-relations and public-company reporting functions
- Deep understanding of regulatory and audit-committee requirements
- Board-level credibility and stakeholder-management experience
