Our client is a high-growth fintech strengthening its board ahead of its next phase of growth. The company is seeking an experienced non-executive director to bring financial services expertise, governance experience, and independent challenge.
This is an opportunity to shape the governance and strategy of a scaling business, working alongside an experienced board and ambitious leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent oversight and challenge to the executive team
- Contribute financial services and governance expertise to board decisions
- Support the chair and board on strategy, risk, and succession
- Serve on board committees as required, including audit or remuneration
- Act as a sounding board and mentor to the executive leadership
Requirements
- Senior executive or board experience in financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Prior non-executive or advisory board experience preferred
- Independent judgement and the credibility to challenge constructively
- Availability to commit to board and committee responsibilities
